Prof. Dr. Sara Ravan Ramzani heads the Department of Business at GISMA University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and serves as a Senate Member. She earned her PhD in Economics and Information Systems from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2015 and has published over 80 research articles in finance, human resources, marketing, and sustainable development. Dr. C. Venkatachalam is a distinguished academic and researcher serving as Mentor Professor and ICSSR Senior Fellow in the Department of Sociology & Population Studies at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
