Abstract

The growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in content creation is transforming how brands communicate with their audiences. From automated copywriting to AI-generated visuals and videos, these technologies enable faster, scalable, and cost-effective content production. However, the increasing reliance on AI also raises concerns about brand authenticity, originality, and consumer perception. This study explores the dual impact of AI-powered content creation, focusing on both the opportunities it presents for enhancing creativity and efficiency, and the risks it poses to maintaining authentic brand identity. Using a mixed-method approach, the research examines how consumers perceive AI-generated content compared to human-created content, and how these perceptions influence trust and engagement. The study aims to provide insights into how brands can effectively integrate AI tools while preserving authenticity and emotional connection with their audiences.
